Ciao from Siena in la bella Tuscany. Just a quick post as I am in an internet cafe but wanted to pop a few photos up - had them transferred to CD as not sure where my magic cord is (darn).
Beautiful here, as expected. We are staying in a fantastic agriturismo restored farmhouse that we found driving by on our arrival last night (phew). See www.levalline.it. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Half the price of Holiday Inn near Venice - crazy! Two nights here and then heading to the ligurian coast on our way back up and over, before our flights out on Saturday from Verona to Barcelona. Nice balmy weather - late 20s yesterday, a good day for driving down from Venice. Will flesh this out next time - wrote a post on laptop this a.m but no connections to be found. Arrivederci!
